Features of Master-Calendar

Master-Calendar is designed for companies who need to be able to control multiple calendars for multiple users. You have an admin in the system that can make bookings in all the users calendars, you can control if the user needs to have an email confirmation every time this happens. You can control each users access, to the individual calendar users. You can control if the user is able to edit a booking or just view it

You can create your own customers and they will be able to login and se schedules you have made for them. Let's say you have a consulting business, and you make a booking for consultant A, then you specify that consultant A's booking belongs to a customer. Then that customer can se that booking because it belongs to them. Further more you can create invoices from Master-Calendar to each Customer you have specified, the system will automatically create an invoice for the customer based on the bookings in the system. You can control if Master-Calendar should charge per booking, or per hour. You can specify Hour price per user, or price per booking on the booking it self.

Master-Calendar also has a Shared-Calendar. The shared calendar shows all Bookings that is assigned to it. You can set a Master setting which always suggests to insert a new booking into the shared calendar, or you can control it per booking. This is useful for a quick overview of all your users calendars.

You can print report sheets and tables that represents the bookings in the calendar
